Lindsey Taylor is a multidisciplinary artist residing in Brooklyn, NY. She holds a BFA in Dance from the University of Texas at Austin. In the summer of 2006, Lindsey founded Little Stolen Moments interpretive dance trio, who performed ruthlessly for ten plus years. The Austin Chronicle named LSM Best Dance Company in 2010, and Lindsey as Best Dancer in 2016. Lindsey has worked with several companies as a dancer, in addition to creating and directing full length works, one of which was selected for Austin’s Fusebox Festival. Performance collaborations include Sheep Army, Total Unicorn, Foot Patrol, Thor and Friends, Spliff Kazoo and His Fronds, and Die Kranken (Los Angeles). Lindsey has toured internationally in Mexico and France, and has presented work in festivals such as CIMM Fest (Chicago) and CODAME (San Francisco). She has also produced several dance films that have screened in festivals throughout the US. Lindsey is currently working in animation, contributing to the last two seasons of Amazon Prime’s original series Undone. A series of her short animated films were featured at SXSW 2021.
